A Day in the Life

As the Advocacy & Influence Manager for La Roche-Posay, you will be an integral part of the Marketing team, driving the brand's social and advocacy vision. You will collaborate closely with Medical, Commercial, and Corporate teams, while leading external agencies to amplify our brand's voice. Your mission is to be innovative, bring unexpected ideas, push boundaries, and contribute to solving complex challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Social & Advocacy Strategy: Strategize and execute the brand's Social Strategy across Paid, Owned, and Earned media (O+O), including "Always ON" campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Plan the B2B and B2B2C advocacy strategy, building and maintaining relationships with key content creators, healthcare professionals, and communities.
  • Monitor competitor communications and social media trends to propose fresh ideas that put La Roche-Posay in the spotlight.
  • Campaign & Content Execution: Lead and implement paid advocacy campaigns, from negotiation and creator selection to final results and learnings.
  • Drive earned media through creative send-outs, real-time marketing, and event amplification (PR launches, press trips).
  • Collaborate with other departments (commercial, medical, training) to boost brand visibility and contribute to business turnover.
  • Performance & Community Management
  • Define KPIs and use reporting tools (Traackr, Sprinklr, PowerBI) to monitor campaign performance and deliver insights.
  • Supervise the community management agency, ensuring excellent consumer interaction and swift response times.
  • Ensure all activations are fully compliant with legal and GDPR guidelines.

We Are Looking For

  • Similar experience in actively managing a brand or company's Social Media Programs.
  • Deep knowledge of top social media platforms & creators’ landscape including their usage, demographics, and marketing opportunities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Romanian and English.
  • Proficiency in data analytics with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • An entrepreneurial approach and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage complexity.
  • A proven team spirit and collaborative attitude, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
