As a Contract Logistics Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. By doing so with precision, you not only contribute to the success of your team, but also to the day-to-day operations and success in the warehouse and distribution centres. This is a 12-month-program to prepare you to become our next generation of Solution Engineers for Contract Logistics. You will be equipped with our methodology, values and skills about solution design. Our comprehensive program includes:
•Hands-on operation experience by working in a fulfilment or distribution center for 3 months
•Classroom training and e-learning sessions to develop professional logistics knowledge about and beyond customer solutions
•A dedicated coach from one of our experienced engineers for the whole journey
•Development assessments and feedback to identity your strengths and development areas
•A community with peers from different countries
•Exposure with customers and senior management team members
•Learning and practicing the theory of designing efficient warehouse solutions including layout, processes, warehouse management system and assessing different options for mechanisation and automation
•Presenting your design in a commercial model to demonstrate the value of your technical proposal
