You will work within the team, but also on your own initiative, communications and solutions need to be provided in a timely, efficient manner to end customers.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to escalate internally in a correct manner. 
• Strong written communication skills are crucial
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
