Establish estimates and work plans for design, development, implementation, and rollout tasks. Communicate with appropriate teams to ensure assignments are delivered with highest quality and in accordance to standards. Develop high-quality codebase, lead design discussions, execute development against design, and navigate complex codebase. Development implementation of technical design within a defined set of teams. Execute against defined technology roadmap to support project portfolio and business strategy. Provide technical clarity between ongoing projects and the strategic objectives of the company. Drive digital innovation by leveraging innovative new technologies and approaches to renovate, extend, and transform the existing core technology base and IT estate. Implement high-level migration plans to address the gaps between the current and future state solution. Lead the analysis of the technology environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement. Mentor team members in software development principles, patterns, processes, and practices. MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Computer Science or a closely related STEM major plus at least 3 years of experience in software or infrastructure development or a closely related field

• OR, alternatively, a Master’s degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Computer Science or a closely related STEM major plus at least 1 year of experience in software or infrastructure development or a closely related field

Within this, must have 3 years (if Bachelor’s) or 1 year (if Master’s) of post-bachelor’s experience in both of the following:

• Software or infrastructure development domain and principles, including design patterns and code structure; and

• Designing and delivering large scale, high-quality software and automation systems that have been successfully delivered to customers

Regardless of degree held, must also have the following experience:

• Any amount of experience with cyber security enterprise standards; and

• Any amount of experience in at least 2 of the following tech disciplines: infrastructure & network design, application development, application programming interfaces, cloud, middleware, servers and storage, database management, and/or operations.

• Any amount of experience may have been gained concurrently
