Job Description

  • Responsible to drive and ensure OTIF level as per agreed plan/ target
  • Manage the inventory and stock accuracy of raw materials, packaging materials, and finish goods both physically and in system
  • Ensure demand and sales planning are aligned with commercial strategies, as well as provide insight to CFT and BOD regarding stock, machinery capabilities, and SCL risks
  • Provide stock visibility to BOD and CFT members
  • Ensure the implementation and compliance of Log.OS
  • Manage and responsible for high level strategy in Logistics
  • Manage Logistics cost effectively and efficiently align with AOP
  • Identify potential opportunities to improve team productivity and improvement projects to drive better business processes
  • Drive, empower, develop, and engage team to drive the operational as per plan and target
