Head of S&OP and Logistics
Job Description
- Responsible to drive and ensure OTIF level as per agreed plan/ target
- Manage the inventory and stock accuracy of raw materials, packaging materials, and finish goods both physically and in system
- Ensure demand and sales planning are aligned with commercial strategies, as well as provide insight to CFT and BOD regarding stock, machinery capabilities, and SCL risks
- Provide stock visibility to BOD and CFT members
- Ensure the implementation and compliance of Log.OS
- Manage and responsible for high level strategy in Logistics
- Manage Logistics cost effectively and efficiently align with AOP
- Identify potential opportunities to improve team productivity and improvement projects to drive better business processes
- Drive, empower, develop, and engage team to drive the operational as per plan and target
