Job Description:

In the HPE Hybrid Cloud, we lead the innovation agenda and technology roadmap for all of HPE. This includes managing the design, development, and product portfolio of our next-generation cloud platform, Green Lake. Working with customers, we help them reimagine their information technology needs to deliver a simple, consumable solution that helps them drive their business results. What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex, multi-region or global customer projects with high risk and high commercial/legal complexity.
  • Own project financials, including P&L, budget adherence, and revenue accountability in line with SOAR-approved plans.
  • Provide accurate financial forecasts and transparent reporting to senior management.
  • Drive business development by identifying, qualifying, and shaping new opportunities; act as Opportunity Manager for high-risk, complex deals.
  • Build and manage senior and executive (C-level) client relationships, ensuring long-term partnership and value realization.
  • Clearly articulate the business value of our capabilities to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage large, cross-functional/global teams (40+ resources), including internal and external partners.
  • Mentor and develop team members, providing performance feedback, coaching, and development recommendations for key contributors.
  • Act as a role model and recognized leader within the Project Management professional community.

What You Need to Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in project management or equivalent leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in managing high-risk, high-complexity projects across geographies.
  • Proven experience in financial management, including forecasting, budget control, and P&L ownership.
  • Deep understanding of project management policies, processes, and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholder and executive-level client relationships.
  • Track record of leading and mentoring large delivery teams.
  • PMP certification (mandatory).
  • Recognized as a leader within the PM profession/community.
