We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Delivery to join our team and lead the development and enhancement of our digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital product management, user experience, and agile methodologies. As a Product Delivery, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for digital channels, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders, to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Develop and maintain a well-defined product backlog, ensuring that it is transparent, visible, and understood by the team.
- Prioritize features, user stories, and tasks based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and decisions, providing clear guidance and direction to the development team.
- Conduct regular backlog grooming sessions and sprint planning meetings to ensure the team is aligned and focused on delivering high-quality products.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for digital channels.
- Ensure that all digital products comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in digital channels.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6 years of professional experience as a Product Delivery or similar role in digital product management.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with digital analytics tools and techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- English and Spanish fluence is required
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Experience in finance is a plus.
