Payments - Global Banking Client Services Manager - Associate

As a Client Service Manager (Associate) in the Payment Solution Center, you will support Treasury Services clients by handling inquiries and requests related to accounts and transactions. You will work with a team that values collaboration, excellence, and client satisfaction, helping ensure client needs are met with precision and care. You will help enhance client relationships and operational efficiency by delivering solutions that address day-to-day service needs. You will also ensure your work aligns with risk guidelines while maintaining a strong client experience.
Job responsibilities
- Provide prompt, value-added inquiry support for Treasury Services clients
- Handle day-to-day client inquiries and requests related to accounts and transactions
- Own new and existing client cases and provide proactive status updates to clients
- Ensure alignment with risk guidelines while meeting client needs
- Identify issues and escalate them in a timely manner
- Coordinate with internal partners and follow up to support resolution
- Gather and compile information such as interest setup and rates, and account statements
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client facing, servicing or front office roles
- Experience in payments/ cash management, with knowledge of SWIFT, real-time gross settlement, and GIRO
- Ability to provide quality service in a high-volume environment
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills
- Ability to navigate independently in a large organization and as part of a collaborative team
- Risk and control mindset, with a business- and process-driven approach to work effectively with front office and operations teams
- Adaptability and openness to learn across different domains and technology
- Bilingual advanced proficiency in English and Mandarin (reading and writing) to support both global and local clients and stakeholders
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience working in a large multi-national corporates or financial institution
- Familiarity with cash management products such as Time Deposit, foreign exchange, and Sweeping
