Short Description:
As the Payments Operations Analyst, you will be supporting day to day operations relating to account reconciliations, nostro breaks investigation, manual adjustments and SPEI / SPID Banxico testing. Handle daily interaction with internal stakeholders where you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your strategic thought and leadership, advising best practices and practicing problem solving skills.
Responsibilities:
-
Perform daily account / nostro reconciliations. Ensure outstanding items are investigated promptly and identified for resolution.

Maintain strong operational controls in close partnership with internal functions and in accordance with the firm company policies and regulatory changes
-
Continuous improvement – identify common problems and fix them sustainably
-
Partnership with multiple groups within the company such as technology, finance, credit and other operation teams.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor´s Degree and minimum of 1-3 year experience in banking / financial services industry.

Solid sense of accountability and ownership of issues until resolution.
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and changing environment with demanding timelines and deadlines.
-
Strong analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to details.
-
Strong interpersonal skills: can build effective business relationships with cross functional/geographical teams and coordinate with teams to action items.

Adaptability: effectively organize and prioritize work to meet stringent deadlines.
-
Ability to work under pressure and fast learner

Strong communications skills

Fluent English required
