Job Responsibilities:
- Operational support to foreign exchange, traded regionally, focused on documentation analysis and data gathering.
- Resolving issues for our clients, take ownership on them and display client-oriented focus.
- Ability to interpret and perform thorough analysis of company policies and procedures and apply such knowledge in daily decision-making.
- Interact by phone or emails with our Brazilian clients giving support on a daily basis.
- Creating your own relationship with the different teams that you interact with, partner with them on a day-to-day basis to perform more efficiently.
- Speak Up! Come up with ideas on how to fix and improve processes, and fill technology gaps, and follow them through to completion.
- Ensuring timelines and client service delivery standards are continually achieved.
- Escalating issues in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- Bachelor student in Economics, Business Administration or Finance related.
- Portuguese language knowledge is a must. (Orally and written)
- Team player and willingness to collaborate.
- Solid communication skills.
- Sense of accountability and ownership of issues until resolution.
- Excel knowledge advanced.
- Be English fluent or advanced.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in related functions or businesses is a plus.
