As a Vice President in Structured Investments Distributor Marketing Sales, you will work with us to originate, market, and execute cross‑asset structured products with a focus on fixed income for private banks and family offices. You will build and deepen client relationships, deliver market updates and trade ideas, and partner closely with trading, structuring, and control functions to ensure robust execution and risk management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Originate, pitch, and execute fixed income–focused structured products for private banks and family offices
  • Deliver timely market updates, trade ideas, and product education tailored to client objectives
  • Price and structure transactions in partnership with trading and structuring; manage end‑to‑end execution
  • Drive revenue growth through proactive client coverage and pipeline development
  • Analyze client flows and performance to optimize product mix and wallet share
  • Coordinate documentation, term sheets, and post‑trade processes with internal partners
  • Ensure all activities comply with risk, legal, and regulatory policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross‑asset teams to deliver comprehensive distributor solutions
  • Maintain strong knowledge of fixed income markets, credit, and rates structures
  • Use data and analytics to inform coverage priorities and enhance sales effectiveness
  • Contribute to marketing materials and client forums to promote the franchise

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in fixed income or cross‑asset structured products sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Proven track record covering private banks and/or family offices in APAC
  • Strong product knowledge across bonds, credit and rates structures, and documentation
  • Demonstrated revenue generation and consistent client relationship management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong client orientation
  • High degree of numeracy; proficient with market tools and advanced Excel
  • Familiarity with Singapore regulatory environment; ability to meet MAS representative requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions under tight timelines with strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative mindset with trading, structuring, legal, and operations partners
  • Results‑driven, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience developing data‑driven client segmentation and product analytics
  • Prior exposure to distributor marketing for cross‑asset platforms
  • Advanced credentials (e.g., CFA) a plus
  • Experience leading client forums or training sessions for distributor channels
  • Familiarity with digital tools/automation for sales workflows
