Responsibilities:

• Develop the investment advisory business strategy in China, expand partnerships, identify client needs, and optimize strategy offerings

• Drive business growth in scale and revenue; oversee strategy rollout, channel cooperation, and implementation

• Work with internal and external teams on system management, configuration, and testing to ensure business alignment

• Act as business spokesperson; design asset allocation solutions, serve institutional clients, and provide market insights

• Prepare strategy reports, client content, and marketing materials to support promotion and investor education

• Monitor industry and market trends, analyze data, and deliver research support

Requirements:

• Full-time bachelor’s degree or higher

• 8+ years of experience in marketing or product-related roles; fund qualification required. Knowledge of public funds and advisory models preferred. Experience in fund advisory or sales is an advantage. CFA/CFP/AFP holders are preferred

• Strategic thinking, business development skills, and strong communication and presentation abilities

• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to leverage internal resources effectively

• Management and sales skills, with the ability to develop differentiated competitive strategies

• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese

• 推动业务规模与收入增长，负责策略上线、渠道对接及落地实施。

• 协同内外部团队，参与投顾业务系统和投决建设，保障系统基础设施匹配业务发展需求。

• 担任投顾业务发言人，设计资产配置方案，服务机构客户，提供市场洞察。

• 撰写策略报告、客户内容和营销材料，支持推广与投教工作。

• 跟踪行业与市场，分析数据，提供研究支持。

任职要求：

• 全日制本科及以上学历。

• 8年以上营销或产品相关经验，持基金从业资格证，了解公募基金和投顾模式，有基金投顾或销售经验优先，CFA/CFP/AFP优先。

• 具备战略思维、业务拓展及优秀沟通演讲能力。

• 自信自主，​团队协作，能有效利用内部资源。

• 具备管理与销售能力，可制定差异化竞争策略。

• 中英文沟通能力强。
