Job Summary:

  • As a Development Ops
  • Associate in DART (Data, Analytics and Reporting Team), you will balance your focus on business results by offering options and finding solutions to help our customers with issues.. We are a global group with presence in US, India & Philippines. The position will be responsible for setting up future ready solutions and related infrastructure. The position will collaborate with different stakeholders and across different levels of Management and ensure that the most optimum solution is provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop solutions utilizing AWS infrastructure.
  • Write clean, modular code in Java or Python, adhering to design principles and best practices.
  • Collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large volumes of information with precision and accuracy.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Innovate new methods for managing, transforming, and validating data.
  • Establish and enforce guidelines to ensure consistency, quality, and completeness of data assets.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains within data processes.
  • Develop automated solutions for business and internal partners.
  • Assess and implement new tools and technologies to deliver business value at scale.
  • Build and maintain tools to enhance the data analyst experience and implement automated risk mitigation.
  • Partner closely with business and tech stakeholders to identify impactful projects, influence key decisions with data, and ensure client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years experience or Master’s degree with 5+ year experience in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
  • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and applied experience
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure and services in Cloud platform, on AWS.
  • Strong, scripting skills in languages like Java or Python, with good coding hands-on skills to write clean, modular code following design principles
  • Experienced in programming with Python or Java, developing unit test cases and experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CICD)
  • Familiar with Terraform, CloudFormation, or any infrastructure as code
  • Disciplined in development and adherence to best practices and standards
  • Demonstrated independent problem-solving skills and ability to develop solutions to complex analytical or data-driven problems
  • Experienced with data management processes on AWS (Data Lake, Catalog Tables, CMS registration)
  • Experienced working in development teams using agile techniques
