We are searching for the best talent for EMPLOYEES SERVICES SPECIALIST II to be in Ciudad Juarez, Planta Salvarcar Purpose:
Responsible to assure compliance of benefits and services previously agreed with union committee in a timely manner and responsible to develops, organizes, implements and management of internal and external employee and business-related events and activity functions, such as social, cultural, sports, recognition, community, employee transportation, etc. to ensure consistency, a common approach and accurate and timely tracking and reporting.
You will be responsible for:
In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
- Develops complex event plans based on customers’ requirements (social, cultural, sports, recognition, community, etc.)
- Prepares and maintains project plans with timelines and accountability assignments.
- Keeps relevant parties apprised of updates. Establishes themes, locations and other important aspects of event based on research results.
- Selects and schedules speakers and entertainment as appropriate.
- Examines event locations to ensure all materials and equipment were received and set up properly, collects, verifies, and processes event invoices.
- Provides relevant information to appropriate representative for budget tracking purposes for events, sports, and transportation.
- Develops communications materials and establishes communications plan.
- Responsible to oversee Sports, Employee Bus Transportation service and Employee Community Committee.
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
- For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Performs other duties assigned as needed.
- Reviews and identifies effectiveness of existing events/programs and the needs of new program or service.
- Approves events/programs (project) plan and implements project under established planning and management approaches and processes.
- Designs, develops, and implements various programs, events, projects and assignment aligned with functional process and service.
- Supports the business at events/program level to resolve issues and conflicts and report exceptions.
- Administers the change, issues and risks review and management processes.
- Ensure a proper budget, schedules and prepares statistical reports associated with events, sports, and transportation services.
- Submits to management for approval.
- Works with the involved departments, third parties, union committee and management team to deliver results according with the project plan.
- Partners with the business, union committee and other departments to identify interface and dependency across work streams.
- Support the work stream and supervisor to deliver results according with the plan and recommends corrective actions and initiative plans as needed.
- Develops and negotiate solutions to a variety of complex problems.
- Establishes solutions to ensure project completion.
- Leads events/programs (project) as assigned.
- Provides coaching and guidance to less experienced team members.

Qualifications / Requirements:
EDUCATION: University/bachelor’s degree or Equivalent
JOB EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years of experience or equivalent knowledge and skills, necessary to satisfactory perform the position responsibilities.
