  • Support operational continuity across SAP EU2 and integrated systems within validated environments.

  • System Incident & Deviation Support

  • Execute system incident and deviation handling activities in line with approved SOPs and quality requirements.

  • Support documentation, tracking, and follow-up of incidents to ensure timely resolution and audit readiness.

  • User Access & Role Support

  • Assist senior team members during release preparation, cut-over, and hypercare phases.

  • Process & Documentation Support

  • Maintain and update system documentation, work instructions, and SOPs related to ERP processes.

  • Support training material updates and knowledge sharing within the CAR-T ERP community.

Collaboration & Ways of Working

  • Works day-to-day as part of the CAR-T ERP systems team, in close collaboration with senior ERP systems specialists.
  • Operates under guidance from the CAR-T ERP Business Owner, who retains accountability for ERP vision, roadmap, and domain decisions.
  • Collaborates with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, IT, and external partners in a regulated Advanced Therapies environment.

Scope & Decision Making

  • Executes assigned activities within clearly defined processes, SOPs, and escalation paths.
  • No budget, people management, or strategic decision accountability.
  • Growing autonomy expected as experience increases, within established governance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or Supply Chain.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP ERP or comparable enterprise systems.

  • Experience working in regulated (GxP) environments or strong willingness to learn.

  • Preferred

  • Exposure to Advanced Therapies, biologics, or patient-centric supply chains.

  • Experience supporting manufacturing or quality-critical systems.

Required Skillset & Behavioral Competencies

  • Ability to explain complex system or process topics in clear, simple, and structured language to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong capability to understand and navigate complex system landscapes and interdependencies.
  • Natural curiosity and eagerness to investigate system architecture, data flows, and root causes of issues.
  • Strong stakeholder orientation, with the ability to build trust and maintain effective working relationships across functions.
  • Well-organized and structured working style, with attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to manage priorities and commitments in a disciplined manner.
  • Comfortable working in a regulated environment with a high focus on compliance and documentation.

Internal Mobility – Development Perspective

This role is well suited for employees seeking to build deep expertise in ERP systems within Advanced Therapies.
