Job Description:
- Entry to developing individual contributor, who works under close supervision. Helps implement projects, programs, and processes in support of assigned business leader/organization. Applies theoretical knowledge of the Administration & Secretarial field to carry out procedures and plans for the area.
- Assist in the establishment and implementation of programs and innovative initiatives aligned to organization needs, under direct supervision.
- Contributes to less complex components of projects, programs, or processes.
- Identifies continuous improvement opportunities in support of increasing organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinates projects, meetings, conference calls, and travel, prioritizing deadlines and conducting appropriate follow up.
- Carries out communication techniques and applies standards for internal and external correspondence, meeting management, and customer service.
- Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
