We are searching for the best talent for Commercial Insight Manager You will be responsible for:

• Contributes to the Business Intelligence team as a skilled and effective individual contributor, working with moderate supervision. Assists in carrying out projects, programs, and processes that align with the organization's Data Analytics & Computational Sciences strategy.

• Uses practical knowledge of Business Intelligence to coordinate top-quality policies, procedures, and plans for the area.

• Supports data aggregation and distribution by using various BI tools, including Tableau and Power BI.

• Identifies opportunities to enhance the organization's BI strategy through analysis of trends and the competitive landscape.

• Assists in developing and implementing programs and innovative initiatives for the Business Intelligence area, with general supervision.

• Contributes to different components of projects, programs, or processes within the BI area.

• Collaborates with broader teams and transformation initiatives to support the analysis and evaluation of industry and geographic trends, as well as competitor market strategies across the organization.

• Mentors junior colleagues on techniques, processes, and responsibilities. Applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily team interactions.
