We are searching for the best talent for Staff Planner Buyer to be in Juarez City.

Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:You will be responsible for:

  • Drive customer service and inventory results for their assigned codes.
  • Provides guidance on any activity that affects supplier capacity required to achieve the long-term production volume, which would include making recommendations to the Procurement/suppliers on the need to identify / create additional capacity to achieve the

production requirements.

  • Create and communicate the inventory business plan.

  • Interprets MRP requirements

  • Coordinates consignment inventories

  • Solves discrepancies with Accounts Payables

  • Solves materials rejections and qualities problems.

  • Ensure optimum supply of components in order the mix of codes and quantities which are scheduled to the optimum inventory levels.

  • Drive raw material redirect and allocation process to maximize customer service.

  • Optimize system-planning parameters to drive accurate production signals and inventory targets (safety stock, period of supply, period order quantity, DOD, builds/time phased safety stock, system production calendar, purchased item lead times, purchased item parameters).

  • Ensure planned events (conversion / transfers) affecting supplier or productions do not impact customer service or inventory goals.

  • Ensure planned events

  • Responsible for creating COs necessary to support planned events / base business, as needed.

  • Provide information as necessary to track / trend customer service, inventory and performance metrics (Planning models, aged sales / purchased orders, BO projection, field availability, line status).

  • Execute SLOB process.

  • Document business processes to support business continuity.

  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor.

  • Follow current compliance regulations and standards.

  • Comply with all federal regulated programs.

  • Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to next management level.

  • For those who supervise or manage a staff, they are responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.

  • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.

  • Performs other duties assigned as needed

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.

  • It is also preferable that the candidate has 4 to 6 years of experience in supply chain, inventory and production experience.

  • Strong analytical and computer skills (Excel, Access, etc.) Ability to test assumptions and scenarios and weigh business risks and opportunities.

  • The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills to convey concise and effective information regarding work requirement and ideas. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills are required.

  • Certified in production and inventory management (CPIM) or certified in supply chain planning (CSCP) is desirable.

  • It is preferred that the candidate has supply chain/operations and medical device experience and work experience in a regulatory environment and knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures.

  • Process Excellence/Six Sigma Certification, Training, and/or use of tools are preferred.

  • The candidate must also be able to function independently while supporting the overall team’s goals.
