Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtechWe are searching for the best talents for Process Maintenance Technician roles to be in Limerick, Ireland.As part of the Operations Team, the process maintenance technicians are critical to running our high volume, automated manufacturing process. Technicians who have a maintenance background and the interest, energy, and motivation to work in our fast-paced medical device manufacturing environment will thrive in this role. As a Process Maintenance Technician, you will:Maintain reliable production output on a high‑volume automated manufacturing lineUse data and line performance indicators to identify cycle‑time or yield issuesMake real‑time adjustments and optimisations to improve line performanceSupport continuous improvement activities to enhance stability, output, and qualityCarry out mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshootingSupport both planned and unplanned maintenance to minimise downtimeReplace, set up, and finetune spare parts including robots, servo drives, sensors, and vision systemsAssist with equipment setup, calibration, and technical changeoversWork closely with engineering teams to investigate and resolve equipment issuesCoach or support colleagues by sharing technical knowledgeContribute to site goals across Safety, Quality, Compliance and PerformancePromote a positive, safe, and collaborative team environmentRequirements:Minimum Level 6 (120-credit) Diploma/Certificate in Technical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplineHands‑on experience in relevant technical field (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Molding, Electronic, Electromechanical, Maintenance, Fitter, Motor Mechanic, Electrician etc.)Exposure to automated equipment, robotics, pneumatics, pick‑and‑place machinery, PLCs, sensors, or high‑volume manufacturingStrong problem‑solving ability and the confidence to work on your own initiativeGood communication skills and willingness to support othersA positive attitude towards teamwork, learning, and continuous improvementAt Johnson & Johnson, We want every candidate to feel informed, respected, and supported throughout the hiring process.Application review: Your CV is carefully assessed by our recruitment teamIntroductory call: If you’re a good fit, you’ll have a short call to learn more about the roleTransparent updates: We’ll keep you informed at each stageFinal onboarding steps: Standard country‑specific checks for successful candidatesYou’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback at the end of the process, your input helps us continue improving the experience for future candidates.Thank you for considering a career with Johnson & Johnson.
