We are searching for the best talent for Communication Technician III to be in Ciudad Juárez, Planta Salvarcar Purpose:
Is responsible for developing and directing technical communication campaign solutions and providing a variety of communication types throughout the manufacturing site, related to business’ internal and external programs, such as CREDO, JJPS and others. Works together with the sponsors of the programs and communication specialists to create an appropriate communication strategy and communication deployment..
You will be responsible for:
Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
- Implements and coordinates communication campaigns according to business's internal and external programs’ needs.
- Execute communication solutions for business’s programs and projects.
- Leads people in the implementation of technical site’s communication solutions.
- Provides training and guidance to less experienced team members.
- Prepares and schedules work reports for the area.
- Connect with Juarez Campus to represent Salvarcar in the creation of technical solutions for the Campus’s Communications Structure.
- Develops, writes, and coordinates storytelling for print and electronic publications.
- Leads internal communication projects with a strong focus on planning, development, and implementation.
- Measures and monitors the quality and impact of internal communication activities.
- Leads a network of contacts to encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing and facilitate the adoption of common practices.
- Edits written communication pieces.
- Interview experts in different subjects and other key people for the preparation of their stories. Investigate issues using different sources to ensure the accuracy of communication.
- Ensures that programs promote consistent messages for all audiences.
- Leads the correct use of equipment to create and distribute different communication initiatives.
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
- For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Performs other duties assigned as needed.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- Education level: High School Diploma, Associate Degree or Unfinished Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Graphic Design or equivalent.
- Years of experience: It usually requires 4 to 6 years of experience.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS

- Ability to shape the message of the leadership team and the sponsor of the program, and translate it into a simple communication to understand for different groups of people: Salary, Salary, different generations, etc.
- Extroverted; ability to speak in public and influence viewers; presentation skills.
- Soft skills (leadership of people) and experience developing others.
- Ability to handle different types of broadcast software.
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud, video editing and graphic design programs, broadcast programming, experience with photo and video cameras.
- Use of tools to measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns.
