Job Description:

Advises in less complex initiatives as a developing individual contributor, who works under close supervision to complete and submit key deliverables. Helps implement projects, programs, and processes in support of the organization's overall Production Equipment Repair & Maintenance strategy. Applies theoretical as well as practical knowledge of the Production Equipment Repair & Maintenance field, to carry out procedures and outcomes that successfully meet the company's stringent Repair and Maintenance standards.Helps establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives for the Production Equipment Repair & Maintenance area, under direct supervision.
Contributes to less complex components of projects, programs, or processes for the Production Equipment Repair & Maintenance area.
Performs simple trend analysis to support continuous improvement efforts for the organization's Production Equipment Repair & Maintenance strategy.
Contributes to the communication of industry-proven best practices to the Production Equipment Repair and Manufacturing team to assist with responses to equipment breakdowns and downtime issues.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.​
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
