Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as De Puy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Johnson & Johnson’s Global Services (GS) Business Finance division is recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager project role in Manila, Philippines to provide financial planning and analysis (FP&A) leadership for the GS business
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals. It is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, this position may be conveyed with New Orthopaedics business. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to the successful candidate by New Orthopaedics at an appropriate time and would be subject to any necessary consultation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
The Global Services Senior Finance Manager will provide overall financial leadership across the GS functions in support of the Orthopaedics business. The role will have oversight in GS consolidations and support FP&A related activities for the GS Orthopaedics business. Responsibilities include:

Manage financial planning & analysis support and consolidations for the Global Services scope
-
Lead the governance for financial tracking and reporting to ensure a consistent and streamlined process across all the GS functions
-
Standardize financial reviews and reporting packages with GS process leads, which includes overseeing presentation materials, provide variance analysis, and recommend mitigation plans
-
Connect and communicate with global business partners to provide financial guidance and drive insights
-
Champion a value-driven/cost-effective culture; translate best practices from different functions
-
Work with FP&A team to design and implement FP&A Process and Systems for Global Services around the world
-
Manage TSAs and develop new charge out process in the new structure
-
Provide leadership and support on ad hoc project work
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or Accounting
Required:
-
A minimum 5 years of finance or related business experience
-
Excellent oral, written and communication skills
-
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions)

Demonstrated experience in ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization

Strong communications, framing presentation skills; along with solid interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills
-
Highly motivated individual with strong forward thinking analytical skills, creating problem-solving track-record, dealing with ambiguity, and intellectual curiosity

Must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Proven ability to manage and lead teams during a period of significant change

Successful experience of working with virtual teams
Preferred:

MBA, financial certification in ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA or other equivalent

SAP experience
