Senior Finance Analyst:

Job Description Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst role is responsible for working closely on finance-related transactions and ensuring that billings, collections, payables, expenses, budgets, and reports are properly prepared, recorded, and maintained.

Job Description About the Role:

  • Invoice & Collection Management:

Prepare client invoices, ensure completeness of documentation, monitor collections, and reconcile records.

  • Supplier & Compliance Processing:

Handle supplier invoices and ensure compliance.

  • Financial Monitoring & Reporting:

Maintain and reconcile monitoring, review expense reports for validity, and prepare monthly revenue reports with variance analysis.

  • Planning & Month-End Activities: Assist in annual operating plan preparation and perform month-end closing tasks for the account.

  • Bank Reconciliation & Other Duties:

Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and perform other finance-related functions as assigned.

About the Role:

  • Holds a Degree in Accounting or equivalent; CPA is a plus.

  • Knowledgeable in Accounting with at least 3 years’ working experience.

  • High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

  • Dedication to work and has the drive to excellence.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
