We are searching for the best talent for Senior Account Specialist You will be responsible for:

  • Supports the attainment of established sales goals, including market share objectives.

  • Applies functional knowledge of sales process, product portfolio and customers to improve sales outcomes.

  • Evaluates basic customer, procedural and marketplace data with other sales, clinical, marketing and strategic account teams to improve on solutions/service levels.

  • Drafts sales reports and documents as the need arises.

  • Develops basic knowledge of the market in order to support the needs of the Oncology/Hematology sales team.

  • Addresses less complex technical issues and simple customer requests.

  • Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

  • Job is eligible for sales incentive / sales commissions.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Education Requirements: Degree in a medical-related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Work Experience: 2+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical industry and experience managing medical centers preferred
  • Marketing experience in Urology / Oncology / Surgery markets
  • Travel required to Hualien / Taitung
