The Opportunity

A permanent full-time opportunity has become available for a Product Specialist within our Joint Reconstruction Team in QLD. Based in Brisbane, you will focus on selling and supporting our Hip & Knee replacement solutions including VELYS™, our cutting-edge robotic technology.

Responsibilities

  • Developing effective relationships and liaising with Orthopaedic Surgeons; promoting and driving the sale of our products
  • Identifying customer needs and optimising on opportunities including generating leads and presenting product information
  • Providing in-theatre clinical support during cases, delivering in-service training, conducting product demonstration and supporting new product launches
  • Providing exceptional support, addressing any technical issues and ensuring service excellence
  • Attending conferences/industry events, staying up to date on industry trends and competitor landscape to inform territory planning

About You

  • Degree qualified with proven skills in orthopaedic sales and territory management, specifically in Hip & Knee Arthroplasty
  • Strong business acumen, an understanding of the local orthopaedic market, and a proven track record of building professional and strategic relationships
  • Exceptional planning skills, attention to detail and strong team orientation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Ability to think strategically and constructively challenges customers
