We are searching for the best talent for Associate Professional Education Manager_Electrophysiology/Cardiovascular/Neurovascular You will be responsible for: Contribute to the development ofprofessional educationstrategies;drive planning and execution of initiativesbased on identifyingcustomerlearning demands and aligned with company interest of scope.

• Apply market research and insights to understand customer learning demands and unmet needs

• Leverage multiple sources of competitive intelligence (global, regional and local education, new technology strategy)

• Design content, modality, and curriculum to set up long term learning journey

• Establish tracking metrics to tools and adjusts plan from customer and stakeholder feedback

• Build and maintain relationships and partnerships with KOLs, society and training centers

• Manage the business plan with financial acumen

• Influence the global / regional strategy team to ensure that TW needs are considered

Develop clear messagedelivery and communicationthat influence internal and external stakeholders.

• Apply project management tools to define project objectives, scope and process

• Collaborate proactively with regional and country partners to deliver plans and level up the impact
