Job Description:

• Design & develop customized Professional Education courses for One Ethicon business in collaboration with KOLs, BU leaders and Marketing teams.

• • Ideate and Execute Digital Professional Education Strategies in alignment with the broad Organizational imperatives

• • Design and moderate / facilitate Advisory boards and round table meetings with KOLs for shaping the education and training to advance optimal patient outcomes.

• • Support procedure development of HCPs with appropriate professional education modules

• Implement Professional Education strategy for HCPs engagement with regard to safe and effective usage of Ethicon Products

• • Identify, onboard and train faculties to support our Professional Education Program

• • Development of internal & external communications

• • Enable strong collaboration with multiple internal and external partners to assess and leverage innovative training technologies and models to meet Professional Education strategy objectives.

• • Contract management of key education suppliers

• • Management of overall logistics of educational events

• • Comply with applicable statutory regulations and Medical associations bodies of respective countries

• • Support Professional Education with innovative program and channel suitable to countries

• • Work closely with Johnson & Johnson Institutes to facilitate hands-on training

• • Formulate Operating Guidelines, designing of course brochure and appropriate training materials

• • Work closely with medical colleges, academic institutions, medical association and drive Professional education programs

• • Provide technical support to Sales & Marketing teams

• • Responsible for Professional Education dashboard of franchises

• • Provides technical support and information to the internal Sales / Marketing.
