About the role

Role Summary:

Drive integrated field marketing programs for the Health (healthcare, life sciences, and medical devices) sector in Americas 1. The role focuses on pipeline acceleration, brand positioning, and account-based marketing, with an emphasis on leveraging AI-driven insights for campaign optimization.

͏Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ABM for assigned accounts, including but not limited to custom newsletters, events, hackathons, Innovation Days, & customer-specific messaging

  • Manage client visits for assigned accounts

  • Align with GBL & Partner team counterparts on specific campaigns, events & large deals

  • Partner closely with Sector Growth team to identify priorities & deliver messages to target accounts as well as manage events

  • Assist sales team with PPT needs & clean-up to support RFPs & client meetings

  • Ensure alignment with company priorities & carry messaging throughout campaigns, events, & other communications

  • Identify & help lead thought leadership opportunities for sector leadership including media, speaking engagements, & executive profiles

  • Use AI tools for predictive analytics, personalization, & campaign performance optimization

  • Track marketing-sourced pipeline, campaign ROI, & engagement metrics

  • Ensure alignment with sector budgets, track spends, & submit invoices for PO processing utilizing internal procurement systems

  • Work to bring the Wipro brand to the industry & identify new ways to strategically position the Wipro brand

  • Assist in the development of creating marketing plans for events, client visits, campaigns, & overall sector marketing plan

  • Assist in helping update & maintain the Health pages on the website ensuring content is current, & adding new content as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing or related field.

  • 8+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in healthcare, life sciences or medical devices

  • Familiarity with AI in marketing (e.g., personalization, automated content creation).

  • Strong storytelling and project management skills.

  • Capabilities: Automated content creation, personalization, SEO optimization.

  • Impact: Faster creative cycles, improved ROI, enhanced customer experience.

  • Tools: GenAI COE for Marketing, AI accelerators for campaign optimization.
