主要职责
- 分析和驱动产品线和售后质量问题的解决；
- 制造过程质量的年度策划和执行；
- 控制计划的有效性和实施；
- 主导工厂的过程质量审核和驱动体系有效性；
- 负责产品质量的问题的风险评估和改进处理；
- 独立牵头各相关部门开展重大产品质量改善项目；
- 独立针对关键重大订单和客户项 目进行质量策划，降低客户投诉；
- 持续推进负责产品线的质量提升，达成所负责产品线的质量指标；
- 完成上级主管分配的工作，帮助完成部门的整体目标.
任职条件
- 本科以上学历，机械、空调及制冷或暖通相关专业;
- 5年以上质量工作经验；
- 对商用中央空调的技术、制造工艺和质量要求有一定的了解；
- 熟悉质量管理知识和质量管理工具;
- 具备一定的英语能力，能口语对话优先;
- 熟练使用办公软件.
