Regional Operations Manager – Datacenter (West)

Role Summary

The Regional Operations Manager – Datacenter (West) will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery and operational leadership of Datacenter projects across the West region, with strong expertise in Datacenter IBMS, BMS, and integrated systems. The role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction across large, mission‑critical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations for Datacenter projects across the West region.
• Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of Datacenter IBMS/BMS projects.
• Drive delivery of Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) for Datacenters, including monitoring, automation, and control systems.
• Manage P&L, margins, billing, collections, and overall project financial performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to EHS, quality, and compliance standards for mission‑critical environments.
• Lead and mentor regional project teams, including Project Managers, Engineers, and site leads.
• Act as the primary interface with Datacenter clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Handle project risks, escalations, and critical operational issues proactively.
• Support business growth through process improvements, resource optimization, and operational excellence.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Strong hands‑on experience in Datacenter projects
• Deep expertise in:
• Datacenter IBMS
• BMS
• Integrated control & monitoring systems
• Proven experience managing large‑scale, mission‑critical infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of Datacenter operations, uptime requirements, and compliance standards
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

Educational Qualification

• BE / BTech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or relevant engineering discipline

Preferred Profile

• Experience working with Datacenter clients, system integrators, or OEM environments
• Exposure to Tier III / Tier IV Datacenter projects
• Strong commercial and contractual acumen
• Willingness to travel across West region
