Lead the development and ownership of the CSRM-EHS program for area construction oversight and data collection.

Ensure that contractors deliver on program safety performance expectations and contract requirements providing timely solutions to issues.

Monitor, advise and assist the construction project teams to protect people, environment and ensure compliance.

Drive a culture that embraces a continuous learning approach and aligns with organizational strategies including goals and objectives.

Liaise with the wider Construction and DCOps EHS teams to ensure best practices are fully and completely implemented, progress reported, trends and data captured, analyzed and risks mitigated to an acceptable level ensuring that the operational capacity of a live data center is not compromised.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience in program or project management.

Experience in construction safety management.

Experience in data center or other environmental health & safety.

Experience with EHS construction and subcontractor management.
