What will you do?

The Cycle Counter is responsible for ensuring a high level of accuracy of inventory levels on campus by performing cycle counts daily, weekly, and quarterly, and resolving any and all discrepancies in a timely manner.

How will you do it?

• Ensure the integrity of the physical count of the in-house inventory via cycle counting and other duties assigned.

• Execution of the Inventory cycle count per the Inventory Cycle Count Schedule.

• Segregating parts with visual signs of damage or deterioration.

• Documenting on specified Business Unit inventory cycle count work sheet the results of the count and identifying the counts that exceed their established discrepancy tolerances.

• Re-count all parts that are out of tolerance.

• Ability to effectively communicate with two-way radio.

• Overtime is required to meet production demands and can include Saturdays and Sundays when necessary.

• Must be able to walk 10-12 miles a day through the plant.

What are we looking for?

• Completed professional degree.

• 1+ years of work experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) applications.

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is preferred.

• Previous experience in cycle counting highly desired.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

• Ability to accurately count product and convert counts into meters, feet, etc.

• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Intermediate English.
