**Join our team in İzmir and help us build a safer, more sustainable future.**We’re looking for an EHS Specialist who will drive our environment, health, and safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and support continuous improvement across the plant.

What You’ll Do

• Implement and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs

• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure full compliance

• Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, JSA studies

• Investigate minor incidents and follow up on corrective actions

• Lead EHS reporting and documentation aligned with internal & external standards

• Deliver EHS trainings and support safety culture development

• Coordinate with contractors and ensure adherence to HSE requirements

• Support ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (and preferably ISO 9001) compliance and audits

• Drive continuous improvement and support global EHS initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering (required)

• Class B Occupational Safety Expert certification

• 3–5 years of EHS experience in industrial environments

• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and management systems

• Experience with energy & waste management

• Fluent English

• Strong communication and training skills

• Valid driver’s license

• Experience working in a Free Zone (preferred)
