Design:

• Experience of Basic design and understanding of IBMS works.

Execution:

• Handson experience on Handling projects.

Stake holder management ( Internal & external).

Project Management skills. ( PMP certified to be preferred)

Project Tracking and Ordering of the materials.

Ensuring all materials are delivered at site as per project requirement, DC/MIR preparation.

Preparation of Draft invoice and with approval of same, Coordination for timely submission of Invoice.

PRF creation.

Commercial:

• Understanding of POC based project and revenue planning.

Commissioning and Handover:

Shall be able to do basic commissioning and coordinate with 3rd party vendors.

Coordination and Preparation of HOD documents and taking Signoff from customer.
