We are looking for a Production Supervisor.What will you do?Administration of the operational personnel under your responsibility in the assigned production areas, managing and providing the necessary resources to achieve the performance indicators and productivity goals of your team in the area under your charge.

• Coordination and management of EADs

• Understand and ensure compliance with the operational controls and/or work instructions of the Quality

• Meet 100% of the daily production plans.

• Be the benchmark in all strategic points of the plant.

• Ensure that problems are contained, root cause is identified, and preventive and corrective actions are implemented with a sense of urgency.

• Ensure Personnel Safety and Product Quality over production volume.

• Establish clear, measurable, and achievable objectives, and actively participate in cost‑reduction, continuous improvement, safety, and environmental projects.

• Demonstrate positive, inclusive, and respectful leadership toward the team, focused on achieving objectives.

• Generate and participate in projects that support better utilization of resources.

• Use leadership tools to build a fully integrated work team.
