What you will do:1.Prepare strategy and annual KFA for Asia mfg team.
2.Review and evaluate progress of annually KFA together with each department.
3.Lead factory expansion and re-layout project.
4.Monthly review and report the progress of footprint projects.
5.Prepare business case study to management team for product transfer projects.
6.Responsible for product transfer projects within Asian factories.
7.Support India factory operation.
8.Work together with AME team and deep dive to the mfg process of our key components, improve our knowhow and help quality/cost control.
9.Complete the temporary task asked by CI Director.
10. Take good communication and cooperation with related department.
11. Compliance with company ethics policy and other regulations.
12. Drive, support and participate in the EHS culture creation, comply with and execute related EHS regulations

What we want:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in industry engineering or mechanical.
2.More than 5 years experience of industry engineering, manufacturing engineer or CI.
3.Master Black Belt or Black Belt background.
4.With experience of project management.
5.Fluent English both in written and oral.
6.Good coordination and communication skill.
