Title: Senior Manager – Solution Development

This role is of a Subject matter expert (SME) who enables sales organization to achieve the yearly plan by increasing hit rate in Building management system, Fire detection & Suppression, Security & access control opportunities by promoting our capability & solutions. The candidate shall be capable of working on AutoCAD drawings, BIM, shall possess Market intelligence (Competitor information/ Activities), need to engage with Global products, maintain OEM relationship & networking and mapping the important industry stake holders.

What you will do (Key performance Indicators)

Early collaboration with the consultant or customer to assist in System design and RFP documentation – proactively influence specifications to favor JCI Be a subject matter expert and provide competent suggestions on various solutions – iBMS, FAPA, Access control, CCTV etc. Analyze technical specifications, drawings, schematics and optimize solutions to help the sales team to secure more projects. Help the sales team whenever & wherever necessary once the tender is out with the right technical inputs /feedback etc. Getting feedback from the market and give inputs to senior management on issues affecting customer satisfaction levels (be a part of the process if it helps to increase the Customer satisfaction by collaborating with internal teams) Networking with GP / 3rd party OEMs and arranging necessary training to our internal teams periodically Create & maintain very good relationship with 3rd party OEMs at senior level through continuous engagement, sharing of ideas and ensure the best support for our projects It is good to have the ability to make technical presentations on Control, Fire & security solutions to showcase our capability /expertise to Customer/Consultants.

Educational Qualifications

  • B-tech / BE in Engineering in Electrical / Electronics & Communication. 3 year diploma holders with 10-12 years of experience in similar field shall also be considered
  • 8-10 years of experience in design and development of CFS solutions
  • Hands-on experience in designing/optimizing ELV systems will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
