• Front Desk Operations:

Greet guests, handle check-in/check-out procedures, and manage room assignments.

• Customer Service:

Address guest requests, questions, and complaints promptly and professionally

• Reservations:

Manage bookings and modifications accurately.

• Communication:

Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and coordinate with housekeeping or maintenance to meet guest needs.

• Financial Duties:

Process payments, handle cash, and settle guest bills.

• Information Source:

Provide information regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication in English, with additional languages considered a plus.

• Interpersonal Skills:

Courteous, guest-oriented, and professional demeanor.

• Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

• Experience:

Previous experience in hospitality is preferred, though entry-level positions are common.
