What this job involves:
We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to support our Property Management and Public Institution teams in pursuit of sales opportunities that directly impact revenue for a Fortune 200 company. In this role, you'll maintain close, day-to-day communication with business teams to ensure creative alignment on projects, timelines, and adherence to best practices. You'll design and develop materials to support our sales teams—creating visual communications that convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner across the entire sales cycle, including client presentations, RFP responses, graphics, and reports in both customized branding and JLL-brand. The ideal candidate must seek to understand the strategy, audience, and objectives behind complex design projects to provide appropriate solutions with minimal art direction. You'll work comfortably with a variety of team contributors, including sellers and various levels of management, translating requirements into designs that capture attention and communicate the right message. What your day-to-day will look like:

Gather all relevant facts on each project, seek to understand the message that needs to be communicated, and translate stakeholder information into designs that are visually enticing, easy to understand, and emotionally impactful

Collaborate effectively across time zones and cultures with cross-functional team members, including sellers, sales enablement, proposal managers, and solution managers
-
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure work is delivered to expectations and deadlines, partnering with other Designers to maintain a consistent, integrated creative strategy

Create and maintain high-quality visual content for the company brand in both digital and print communications with exceptional attention to detail
-
Stay current on the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field

Work independently under deadline pressure on several projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery

Apply a superior understanding of graphic design principles to generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end

Receive, interpret, and implement constructive feedback from project stakeholders into your design work

Demonstrate a team-oriented attitude while contributing to design- and functionality-related research that informs design decisions
Required qualifications:
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or related field from an accredited institution
-
5-6 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing or communications agency environment
-
High level of proficiency using Adobe Suite, including In Design Interactive, Illustrator, and Photoshop
-
Advanced knowledge of Power
Point and Word:
-
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a problem-solving approach
-
Excellent ability to effectively communicate concepts and ideas through written, visual, and verbal means
-
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
-
Self-starter with strong team collaboration skills who can excel in a fast-paced, matrix, and customer service-oriented environment
-
Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across diverse business functions
Preferred qualifications:
-
Experience working with global and international clients
-
Knowledge of video creation and animations using After Effects
-
Demonstrated adaptability to new design tools and software as business requirements evolve
-
Experience supporting sales pursuit teams or similar revenue-generating functions
-
Portfolio demonstrating work across both digital and print media in corporate or B2B contexts
