What this job involves:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to support the Portfolio Customer Experience Manager in delivering engaging marketing initiatives across a portfolio of CBD and near-city mixed-use assets for a key client. This role plays an important part in enhancing the customer experience and supporting tenant retention through events, placemaking and targeted marketing campaigns.

A snapshot of the role:

• Supporting the delivery of marketing plans across a portfolio of landmark mixed-use assets
• Planning and executing campaigns, promotions, events and placemaking initiatives
• Building strong relationships with retailers and stakeholders to encourage participation in promotions and activities
• Managing social media channels, creating content and coordinating paid digital campaigns
• Maintaining connections with local community groups and media to support community engagement
• Assisting with marketing reporting, campaign analysis and performance tracking
• Supporting administrative functions including documentation, purchase orders and accounts processes
• Working collaboratively with clients, tenants, contractors and the wider property team to deliver a premium customer experience
