Facilities Operative (m/w/d)

Als Facilities Operative sind Sie die erste Anlaufstelle für alle technischen Belange an dem von uns betreuten Unternehmensstandort. Sie sorgen für den reibungslosen Gebäudebetrieb und lösen technische Probleme schnell und zuverlässig.

Das erwartet Sie:

• Durchführung von Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten in den Bereichen Elektrik, Sanitär, Tischlerei und Malerei

• Schnelle Reaktion auf Störungsmeldungen und professionelle Bearbeitung von Wartungsanfragen

• Regelmäßige Sicherheitsprüfungen und präventive Wartung von Gebäudetechnik, Klimaanlagen und technischen Einrichtungen

• Installation und Instandsetzung von Beleuchtung, Sanitärarmaturen, Türbeschlägen, Schließanlagen und Büromöbeln

• Eigenständige Fehlerdiagnose bei technischen Problemen und Koordination mit Fachunternehmen bei komplexeren Reparaturen

• Vollständige Dokumentation aller Arbeiten und Materialverbrauch in digitalen Wartungssystemen.

Damit überzeugen Sie uns:

• Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Berufsausbildung oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Facility Management

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens drei handwerklichen Gewerken.

• Selbstständige, serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis.

• Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität bei Arbeitszeiten sowie gelegentlichen Bereitschaftsdiensten

• Führerschein Klasse B

• Grundkenntnisse in digitalen Systemen und MS Office sind von Vorteil.
