Senior Analyst with Spanish, Account Management Services at JLL

Role:
The Analyst serves as the operational backbone for client account management, focusing on process coordination, performance tracking, and compliance activities. This role ensures seamless execution of reporting requirements and administrative functions while supporting strategic account objectives through collaboration with diverse stakeholders and close partnership with the Account Director.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement reporting structures for business reviews with multi-source data collection from Lease Administration, Transaction Managers, and Retail teams

Monitor and report key performance indicators and brokerage metrics to identify trends for strategic account planning

Establish and maintain Share Point environments for document management and organized record keeping

Implement cost saving calculation and reporting frameworks across assigned accounts
-
Coordinate Client Voice survey processes including communications, response collection, and improvement analysis

Develop and manage account newsletters with template creation, content collection, and regular distribution
-
Support contract renewals and Annual Plan implementation through documentation review, data consolidation, and milestone tracking
-
Establish governance frameworks for Client Change Request processes, transitioning to systematic logging and tracking

Proactively drive progress forward through comprehensive tracking systems including innovation trackers, revenue projections, and account calendars
Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Real Estate, Communications, or related field
-
2-4 years relevant business experience with demonstrated coordination and administrative capabilities in real estate, professional services, or performance management environments preferred
-
Proven track record in project coordination, meeting management, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple stakeholders

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), survey platforms, data collection tools, and project management systems
-
Basic understanding of database management, data organization principles, and document management systems
-
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach

Very good written English and Spanish

Client service orientation with reliability, accountability, and team-oriented mindset supporting strategic objectives through operational excellence
