崗位職責

  • 協助團隊成員的會以組織,以及與翻譯/ 印刷供應商的合作;
  • 協助臨床團隊,準確更新及維護臨床專案管理系統;
  • 根據工作範圍和標準作業程序,協助臨床團隊準備、處理、分發和歸檔臨床文件及報告,協助定期審查研究文件的準確性和完整性;
  • 支援團隊成員的臨床實驗執行的管理任務;
  • 執行一般的行政任務,以支援臨床操作。

任職要求

  • 全日製本科及以上學歷在讀,醫藥生物類專業優先考慮;
  • 能夠使用Microsoft Word, Excel和PowerPoint;
  • 中英文書面和口頭表達流利,善於溝通;
  • 有效的時間管理和協調組織能力。
