MBA Strategic Finance Intern, Consumer Group

The Consumer Group Finance team is responsible for financial analysis and decision support for the TurboTax suite of products that are used by millions of taxpayers every year. We play a unique and critical role in driving business decisions and optimizing financial outcomes for the Consumer Group (CG).

Summer internships are an important pipeline for the company, and you will have exposure to company leaders, core businesses and technologies – where you can quickly make meaningful contributions. Our interns have opportunities to apply their knowledge into real-world problems and to create impactful business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive CG’s strategic initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver on our top priorities and creating effective business partnerships.
• Drive and optimize month end close & other key financial processes.
• Drive various analyses that deliver data-driven insights in a coherent and structured manner to promote decision making and business outcomes that accelerate our growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a MBA program
• Ability to synthesize information into insightful recommendations
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and GSuite (with emphasis on Excel and G Sheets)
• Experience with SQL, Python & Data Analytics
• Grace under pressure with a good sense of humor and dose of humility

 Mountain View & San Diego, CA: $42.90 - $78.22/Hr
