At Quick Books, we are building the operating system that increases the survival rate of entrepreneurship. As a Staff Product Designer on the Payments team, you will solve one of the top problems businesses face: getting paid. We are looking for a Staff designer who thrives in the 'messy middle'—someone who can navigate the nuances across small and mid-market business workflows delivering a scalable experience for the end-users. The customer journey starts with the business creating the invoice and end with their customer paying it, and we have to consider every step along this journey. This role requires dynamic individual with strong interaction design skills, cross-functional experience, and expertise in data-driven design to shape the Payments experience for millions of businesses.

- Exemplary ability to build positive, collaborative relationships across teams/groups/functions through facilitative leadership to deliver great results and to 'raise the bar' continually as an effective leader of positive change
