Intuit Data Exchange is Intuit’s integration and automation platform, enabling customers and products to securely connect data, orchestrate workflows, and automate critical tasks at scale. We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead workflow and automation products within the App Integrations team, defining durable, AI-enabled platform capabilities that power experiences across QuickBooks, Mailchimp, and the broader Intuit ecosystem.

In this role, you will own the strategy and execution for how systems connect, data flows, and work gets done automatically across products and partners. You will build deep customer understanding, leverage data, experimentation, and AI to accelerate outcomes, and influence across product, engineering, and partner teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality end-to-end experiences that drive meaningful customer and business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product strategy for integration, workflow, and automation capabilities that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • Deepen understanding of customer problems through research, experimentation, data, and AI-powered insights; align teams around target customers and personas.
  • Own the end-to-end customer experience across multiple products, domains, and capabilities, maintaining a high bar for product excellence and product-market fit.
  • Partner with engineering to shape technical approaches and durable platform strategies, using an AI-first mindset to solve complex problems.
  • Leverage data across products to inform prioritization, roadmap decisions, and success metrics; deliver against input and outcome goals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and systems to enable scalable, automated, and intuitive customer workflows.
  • Influence across product, engineering, design, and partner teams through clear, data-driven storytelling and strong cross-functional leadership.
  • Use experimentation, prototyping, and emerging AI tools to accelerate execution and innovation.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of platform, API, integration, or automation products.
  • Proven ability to define and execute product strategy that drives growth across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong product execution skills, delivering high-quality, intuitive end-to-end experiences across complex systems.
  • High technical fluency; experience partnering closely with engineering and influencing architectural decisions.
  • Data-driven decision maker with experience using analytics, experimentation, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Track record of influencing without authority and driving alignment across cross-functional and product teams.
  • Experience with workflow automation, integrations, developer platforms, or SaaS ecosystems strongly preferred.
