Intel Products Vietnam is a mega Assembly and Test plant within Intel’s global Assembly and Test network. The cleanroom facility is located at Saigon High Tech Park in Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City. The site proudly produces Intel’s latest technology chip products, including Desktop, Mobile, 5G, Chipset, Connectivity, Server, and more.

As a Module Equipment Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, quality, and performance of our assembly/test equipment and collaterals. You’ll be a hands-on problem solver, a skilled technician, and a role model in Safety, Quality, and Discipline. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to apply your technical expertise in troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance directly impacting production efficiency and product quality.

Position 1: Module Equipment Technician within Technical Engineering Group

• TEST

• Perform troubleshooting, conversion, and preventive maintenance on test equipment and collaterals.

• Monitor and analyze equipment control points to improve performance and resolve issues.

• Proactively escalate problems, generate reports, and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Follow training plans, complete required training on time, and train others when assigned.

• Collaborate with Equipment Engineering on experiments, upgrades, data collection, and support factory ramp-up activities including tool installation, deinstallation, and relocation.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

• Thực hiện khắc phục sự cố, chuyển đổi và bảo trì phòng ngừa cho thiết bị kỹ thuật kiểm định và các máy móc phụ trợ thuộc mô-đun kỹ thuật kiểm định.

• Theo dõi và phân tích hệ thống kiểm soát thiết bị để cải thiện hiệu suất hoạt động và giải quyết sự cố.

• Chủ động báo cáo khi có sự cố, thiết lập báo cáo và đóng góp vào quy trình cải tiến liên tục.

• Tuân thủ các kế hoạch đào tạo, hoàn thành các khóa đào tạo đúng thời hạn và hướng dẫn, đào tạo nhân viên khác khi được phân công.

• Phối hợp với đội ngũ Kỹ thuật Kiểm định trong các thí nghiệm, nâng cấp, thu thập dữ liệu và hỗ trợ trong các giai đoạn tăng cường công suất nhà máy, bao gồm lắp đặt, tháo dỡ và di dời thiết bị.

Position 2: Module Equipment Technician within Technical Engineering Group

• ASSEMBLY FINISH

• Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in nonfunctioning equipment used in the manufacturing process.

• Dismantles, adjusts, repairs, and installs/assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, and rough sketches or drawings.

• Performs setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance on production equipment, and coordinates with supplier for service and repairs where needed.

• Monitors and analyzes all related data to improve and maintain tool performance and address all tool/module related issues.

• Creates reports of system failures, updates existing specs, and creates new specs that supports overall equipment maintenance/performance.

• Works with Module Engineering to execute experiments and equipment configuration changes, supports data collection activities, and generally completes tasks per published procedures.

• Supports Engineering with module equipment troubleshooting through data analysis and controlled experimentation that will meet or improve module availability and performance targets preventing future excursions.

• During factory ramps, works with module engineering and construction teams to ensure tools are installed and/or converted per designs.

• Thực hiện khắc phục sự cố kỹ thuật và các vấn đề phát sinh ở thiết bị không hoạt động được sử dụng trong quy trình sản xuất.

• Điều chỉnh, sửa chữa và lắp đặt thiết bị theo kế hoạch bố trí, bản vẽ kỹ thuật, hướng dẫn vận hành hoặc sửa chữa và các phác thảo hoặc bản vẽ thô.

• Thực hiện thiết lập, hiệu chuẩn và bảo trì dự phòng trên thiết bị sản xuất, và phối hợp với nhà cung cấp để bảo trì và sửa chữa khi cần thiết.

• Giám sát và phân tích tất cả dữ liệu liên quan để cải thiện và duy trì hiệu suất công cụ/thiết bị và giải quyết tất cả các vấn đề liên quan đến công cụ/thiết bị.

• Tạo báo cáo về sự cố hệ thống, cập nhật các thông số hiện có và tạo các thông số/chỉ dẫn mới hỗ trợ công tác bảo trì/hiệu suất thiết bị tổng thể.

• Làm việc với đội ngũ kỹ thuật để thực hiện các thí nghiệm và thay đổi cấu hình thiết bị, hỗ trợ các hoạt động thu thập dữ liệu và hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ theo quy trình.

• Hỗ trợ đội ngũ kỹ thuật về việc khắc phục sự cố thiết bị/module thông qua phân tích dữ liệu và thí nghiệm có kiểm soát, nhằm đáp ứng hoặc cải thiện hiệu suất của thiết bị/module, ngăn ngừa những sự cố trong tương lai.

• Trong các giai đoạn tăng cường công suất nhà máy, làm việc với đội ngũ kỹ thuật và đội ngũ xây dựng để đảm bảo các công cụ được lắp đặt và/hoặc chuyển đổi theo thiết kế.

Qualifications:

• Possess diploma degree (technical college) or higher technical in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation or similar discipline.

• Hands-on experience with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work would be an advantage.

• English level at pre-intermediate proficiency or above.

• Able to work effectively as an individual and in a team environment.

• Self-disciplined with assigned working hours; willing to continue working on 12-hour shift (48 hours per week) and flexible to work overtime when business needs arise.

• Hardworking with a strong commitment to operations and adaptable to schedule changes to meet customer quality delivery needs.

• Trình độ tiếng Anh: có thể giao tiếp cơ bản trong môi trường làm việc và đọc hiểu được các tài liệu chuyên môn bằng tiếng Anh trong công việc.

• Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và làm việc nhóm hiệu quả.

• Sẵn sàng làm việc theo ca 12 tiếng/ngày (48 giờ mỗi tuần).

• Thể hiện cam kết đối với vận hành xuất sắc và khả năng linh hoạt để đáp ứng với những thay đổi về lịch trình làm việc nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu của khách hàng.
