The role is performed Monday to Friday from 6am to 3pm. There will be occasions when support for Sunday may be requested.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for global employee HR inquiries across phone, chat, email, and web channels

• Research HR guidelines, policies, and procedures to resolve employee questions accurately and efficiently

• Maintain detailed documentation of employee interactions and solutions in HR systems

• Escalate complex issues while maintaining case ownership and ensuring resolution

• Conduct operational audits to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and customer engagement

• Analyze data to improve service content and knowledge base effectiveness

Qualifications:

This position is not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship. You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, related fields or 2+ years of experience in similar roles in lieu of a degree.

• 2+ years of experience in HR, relevant experience can be:

• HR Shared Services, HR Administration, and/or HR Contact Center fields

• MS tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT, etc.)

• HR systems (Workday, Genesys, SAP, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ year of experience with:

• Process improvement and/or project management certification.

• Supporting HR services in more than one region.

• Processes/systems automation experience.
