Position Summary
As a Workday HCM Analyst, you will be part of Agilent’s Global HR Digital Team within HR Shared Services, supporting our Workday platform across 30+ countries. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in Workday Core HCM who is eager to grow, learn new modules, and develop deeper expertise over time. You will work closely with senior Workday team members, HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, IT, and regional HR teams to support Workday configuration, testing, and ongoing improvements. Experience in Compensation and Workday Security is a plus, or alternatively, a strong willingness and curiosity to learn these areas over time.

Spain (Remote),Barcelona (Hybrid) or Penang (Hybrid)
Qualifications Key Responsibilities
- Support the configuration and administration of Workday Core HCM in a global environment.
- Assist with configuration, testing, and documentation activities across additional Workday areas (e.g., Compensation, Security, or other HCM modules)
- Partner with HR functional owners to analyze requirements, propose improvements, and implement solutions with a strong focus on enhancing the employee experience.
- Participate in Workday release analysis and testing, supporting regression testing and adoption of new features.
- Help maintain and improve Workday business processes, reports, and data integrity.
- Workday release analysis and testing, identifying new features and streamlining HR processes.
- Collaborate effectively within a global, multicultural team, contributing to shared goals and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM, including configuration and testing activities.
- Exposure to Compensation and/or Workday Security is a plus, or a strong willingness and curiosity to learn these areas.
- Interest in learning additional Workday modules over time and growing as a Workday professional.
- A proactive, supportive attitude and willingness to learn from others.
- Analytical mindset and familiarity with Workday reporting and analytics.
- Active in Workday community, ability to collaborate and identify opportunities to fully utilize Workday capabilities.
- Comfortable working with geographically dispersed, multicultural teams, or motivated to build this experience.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and customer-centric design skills.
- Expertise in creating test plans and testing.
- Ability to manage sensitive data with discretion and ensure data privacy.
- Ability to multi-task and to take on new and unfamiliar assignments.
- Fluent in English.

Education
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, IT, or a related field.
Experience
3+ years of relevant experience, including experience in geographically distributed teams.

Additional Details
This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
