Job Summary

We are looking for a rotary sales manager responsible for developing business and sales for Custom Engineered Packages (Air Compression and Nitrogen Generation), Engineered Systems and Services Rotary Team projects.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and developing the market for engineered air compressors, dryers and nitrogen generation packages. Management and development of the customer portfolio for these products. Support for commercial activity related to air compressors within the industrial project EPC contractor sector.

  • Market analysis and assessment. Prospecting customers and business opportunities.

  • Preparation of quotations, discussion of technical alignment, and negotiation of contractual terms (legal and commercial).

  • Management and development of the customer portfolio.

  • Preparation of sales activity reports.

  • Preparation of business forecasts.

  • Collaboration with the project management team to ensure proper development and execution.

Basic Qualifications

  • Preferably some type of technical education, either intermediate or higher level (preferably in Industrial Technologies, Mechanical, or Electrical).

  • 5+ years of experience in business development and commercial management in an industrial B2B environment (preferably compressed air or rotating equipment in the industrial sector) or in engineering and/or project management teams within industrial equipment companies.

  • Languages: English level C1 or higher. others highly appreciated.

  • Additional languages valued: French or German.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Experience working with databases and CRM software (Sales Force).

  • Familiarity with AutoCAD.

Key Competencies

  • Availability for international travel (estimated 25% of the time).

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • High degree of autonomy, while also capable of working in multidisciplinary teams.
